End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with the BatchLoop Terms of Service, BatchLoop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the BatchLoop Exchange and BatchLoop Rides Progressive Web Applications on your personal mobile and desktop devices solely for personal, non-commercial academic networking.

2. Proprietary Algorithmic Technology

All software, UI architectures, visual trademarks, and mathematical innovations embodied within BatchLoop—including but not limited to the Barter Cycle Graph Engine (Johnson's Cycle Detection), the Spatial Corridor Route Deviation Index (RDI) Engine, and the Campus Piggyback Protocol (CPP) Cryptographic Handshake—are the exclusive intellectual property of the BatchLoop project team.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of private APIs or cryptographic handshake generators
• Deploy automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to harvest campus listing directories or student commuter schedules
• Circumvent or tamper with offline Air-Gapped cryptographic receipts or verification tokens
• Re-brand, sub-license, or commercially exploit any component of the software

4. Termination

This license remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this license terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms or upon student account de-registration.
